1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Product must not be damaged by the customer.

Proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is required.

Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/defective claims.
We do not accept returns for:

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

After verification, we will offer:

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to original payment method

In case of COD, refund will be transferred to your bank account (details required)
Shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
