Thank you for shopping with Bazrry9. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Product must not be damaged by the customer.

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is required.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/defective claims.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Change of mind cases


2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • Wrong product delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Proper unboxing video

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement (if available)
    OR

  • Refund


3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to original payment method

  • In case of COD, refund will be transferred to your bank account (details required)

Shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
